Summer Camps 2026
Excited to announce summer camps are returning for 2026! There will be five camps to choose from. Each camp will run from 10:00-3:00 on Tuesday and Thursday of the week. Attendance for both days is required.

Summer camp registration opens February 4th for current Whispering Pines families and February 16 for all other families.

What do our days look like??
Our camps are full of fun and adventure! Each camp will dive deep into the camps theme or topic. This means all activities will encompasses many areas of learning, exploring, and a whole lot of FUN! Campers will be immersed in many hands-on activities that allow them to work with peers collaboratively while also nurturing their own individual interests. There is plenty of time to explore, create, and move. Camps are held on 18 acres of privately owned land, in Elk River, MN. The founders home also resides on this land. A schoolhouse is situated on the property for inclement weather. There is a combination of wetlands, woods, grassy areas, and two outdoor areas set up with activities for art, sand play, mud kitchen, large loose parts, and more! Each day we will explore the trails and favorite spots in the woods! To ensure safety and fun, at least two teachers/guides are on site and with the children at ALL times.
Nature-based summer camps are great for kids to learn their strengths and weaknesses. We discuss the importance of assessing risks and making choices that are both safe and challenging.
